Printing your own Designs
We have many years of experience in helping our customers transform their designs into beautiful decals for ceramic and glass ware.
There are two main ways to print decals from you own artwork – Digital print and Silkscreen. The main reason to choose either one is quantity.

Digital
This is produced on an A3 sheet. You would need to send to us your designs set up on the A3 sheet with a 1cm margin around the edge. Preferred format is JPEG or PSD file.
We recommend around 300dpi for the image to get you the best possible result.
We now have several different machines and systems available so we can offer a wider colour range including a better red! We can also print a stronger black when it is just a Black printing and also a White printing (only white printed).
Silkscreen Printing
Silkscreen printing is a little more complex and requires colour separation, filmwork and screen making but is very economical for larger quantities, 100+ sheets.
Your artwork should be a minimum 300 dpi, it should be clean and of the best possible quality to ensure the best end result.
The easiest files for you and us are Jpeg or Photoshop PSD, we can also work from Adobe PDF files.
Because there as so many possibilities with silkscreen print we would always need to see your artwork first, then we can advise you of the best way forward.
We regularly run single colour sheets in black, red and blue so if you have a small requirement for a short run of one colour decals then we can add this onto our sheet. This means you only need a small part of the sheet and therefore only a small portion of the cost.
